FAQs.

  • There is no exact science to this question. I believe it is important to build trust in a therapeutic relationship and commit to your healing journey; working in consecutive sessions is recommended for a period of time to allow this trust to develop.

Everybody is different and the circumstances as to why you are seeking sessions will impact the amount of sessions needed. Often only a few sessions are needed and then the issue is resolved. In other cases, ongoing sessions are often deemed necessary as deeper traumas are released.

I recommend starting with 3 sessions to give the body a chance to settle into the practice.

A free consultation via phone or zoom is available and this can be discussed further.

  • Again this is another case-by-case answer. In some situations, it is a good idea to have multiple sessions close together, and others sessions are recommended further apart. This can be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation or first session.

  • Yes, this is possible. Packages are available at a discounted rate and this can be discussed and customised to suit the needs of each client individually.

    * Packages will come with an expiry date, typically 1 year after purchase.

  • In this being a holistically biodynamic practice, there is no "fixing" involved. As the client, it is your own body and mind which control the healing process, and results will show depending on your willingness to support your system in its own healing.

  • Of course! Pain and trauma are not the only focus I have in my practice. I also classify myself as a general practitioner and have been working with the body since 2004. I’m deeply passionate about treatments with the benefits of wellness, relaxation and release, as well as biodynamics for the overall wellbeing of the system.
